Forge Speaker Colin Villanueva, along with Forge Speaker Santiago Fuentes, spent a full week at the International School of Tegucigalpa in Honduras, pouring into middle school students through five assemblies, Bible classes, and an all-day chapel. In an audience of 415 students, an estimated 15 students received Jesus for the first time, and about half made a recommitment to follow Him. What stood out most were the thoughtful questions students asked during the live Q&A sessions: How do I hear God’s voice? Where do I even start reading the Bible? How do I share my faith with someone who believes differently? Colin was able to unpack each one. Some students even pulled him aside privately, asking how to lead on their sports teams and walk through the challenges they were facing in their own lives. This is a firsthand snapshot of a generation asking real questions—and finding real answers in Christ.
Forge Speaker and Operations & Communications Director Melissa Motschenbacher reports from Ignite Colorado at the Life on Purpose Conference at The Healing Place Church in Brighton, Colorado. Ninety-nine people gathered on Friday night, including pastors attending for their second and third time and Kingdom Laborers returning hungry for more practical equipping. She witnessed a man give his life to Christ in full surrender. Twelve people signed up to lead Multiplying Movements groups. A couple from Greeley left so moved by the material that they asked Forge to bring it to four new pastors in their city. During the commissioning time, every single person in the room came forward to be commissioned as an everyday, everywhere Kingdom Laborer. Spontaneous prayer groups then formed over the city, its churches, and future Kingdom Laborers. Moments like these show revival stirring as ordinary people step into their calling as Kingdom Laborers, one city at a time.
