Recently, a Forge Equipping alumni shared this story with us:
She works at Chick-fil-A in the drive-through line. On her way to take an order, she noticed a woman crying in her car.
Gently, she asked if she was okay. The woman began to open up—sharing that she had just lost her son and that, in her grief, she felt deeply hurt and abandoned.
The Forge student listened with compassion, and then shared her own God-Story—how Jesus had changed everything in her life. Right there in the drive-through line, the woman decided to give her life to Christ!
A few weeks later, the woman returned to the Chick-fil-a and shared with the Forge student how she had forgiven those who had hurt her and was even finding the courage to tell others her own God-Story.
Through one simple prayer and one act of obedience, God turned an ordinary workday into a moment of eternal impact.
This is what it looks like when loving God and loving others every day, everywhere brings revival to a drive-through line!
