- Connect Your Heart: Gently slow your pace. Release the worries, distractions, and busy thoughts that try to crowd your mind. Acknowledge them, then intentionally offer them to God, trusting He desires to meet you exactly as you are. Remember, this isn’t a task to check off; it’s a genuine encounter where honest communication can flourish.
- Rest in His Love: Embrace the quiet. Allow silence to do its profound work. You might listen for His voice, or simply rest in His profound love, knowing He delights in just being “with” you and refreshing your spirit.
