Forge Firebrand Roger Woods shared a powerful report from the first-ever Big Muddy Outreach Camp, hosted by Forge Speakers Jason Roe and Jonathan Sherwin.
The camp kicked off with an opening message encouraging students to “stay hungry and stay humble,” setting the tone for a week full of mission work and spiritual impact. Each day, students served through outreach projects—building decks, cleaning yards, and working at a school. “You could see the heart, the hungry and the humble throughout,” Roger shared. Each evening concluded with powerful worship services, where many students rededicated their lives to Christ. Though no official salvations were recorded, the week was full of deep encounters, strong fellowship, and visible transformation. “Such a powerful, powerful, powerful time,” Roger said. God is raising up more Kingdom Laborers—and this camp was just the beginning. Thank you for praying!

Hello, this is Roger Woods leaving my report from Big Muddy Camp that was hosted by my brother Jason Roe and my brother Jonathan Sherwin, such a great time we started on Sunday June 1st and went through Friday June 5th.
Such a powerful time. The Lord moved in a mighty and miraculous way. This was an outreach camp, so Sunday night we had a great opening service. Just an introduction message talking about, I got to have to prepare a heart for the week. Had to be, had to have the right heard, had to stay hungry and stay humble and that just started out the week really well.
Then, during each day we went out and had outreach missions working at a school, building decks, cleaning yards, and so the kids really serve well and you can see the heart, the hungry and the humble throughout. And each night we had a powerful service with just God moved in mighty ways each night.
we had no official salvation, but we had several many rededication, so praise the Lord, praise the Lord, praise the Lord such a great time. The experience was good. the encounter was good, the fellowship was good, the students did phenomenal job. Jason Roe and Jonathan did a phenomenal job hosting. Just a great time and a great way to kick off the first year at Big Muddy camp and I look forward to going back again.
