mission in christ
Marcus grew up surrounded by faith as a Colorado native and the son of Pastor Leslie Richardson, who began leading a congregation in 1996. Even though Marcus was raised in a Christian home and knew about Jesus, he did not have a personal relationship with Him. For years, Marcus found himself running from his true purpose and calling.
That changed in May 2003, when he heard a life-changing message of the Gospel. At a time when he felt lost and tired, a powerful truth stopped him in his tracks: “You cannot keep taking God’s grace as your reason to be disobedient.” In that moment, the Holy Spirit touched his heart. Since then, Marcus has chosen to follow Jesus with devotion and has made it his mission to help others discover their identity and purpose in Christ.

Marcus lives in Colorado, deeply rooted in his community and family. His journey has shaped him into a compassionate leader who is passionate about guiding young people to find their purpose and identity in Jesus.
With a strong belief that not knowing your purpose leads to confusion and misuse of God’s gifts, Marcus works tirelessly to encourage and mentor others. He enjoys spending time with his family, and his background includes ministry leadership, community service, and ongoing biblical learning. Marcus holds firm to the values of faith, service, and spiritual growth, striving daily to walk closely with Christ and inspire others to fulfill their kingdom destiny.
