Forge Speaker Paul Epperson shared a heartfelt update from Keystone State Outreach, the third and final Forge Outreach Camp of the summer. Led by Forge Speaker Jason Roe and a team of passionate speakers and leaders, the camp was full of powerful, life-changing moments. “These are some of the best things Forge does… phenomenal, phenomenal camps,” Paul said. God moved in deeply personal ways. Paul recounted the story of one girl who had felt prompted to respond to an invitation but held back. Two days later, before heading out to serve the community, she was still stirred—and finally gave her life to Christ, overwhelmed with joy. “All throughout the day, she was telling everybody about what Jesus had done in her life,” Paul said. These camps are truly raising up more Kingdom Laborers, and your prayers are fueling it all. “So thankful for y’all and love doing this ministry together with you.”

Hey everybody, it’s Paul. Just now getting back from speaking at Keystone State Outreach, which is our third and final Forge Camp of the summer.
Jason Roe, one of our Speakers, directs that and runs all of those. And I’m going to tell you, I’ve been to the others as well, one of the other ones twice before, and now this one for the first time. These three are some of the, I mean, just some amazing things that He does that, God does, through Him and the Forge Speakers that are there, and the teams that he’s assembled.
This is some of the best things Forge does. I’m going to tell you, they are phenomenal. Phenomenal camps. It’s come of the most unique. And if you’re listening to this and you got junior trip, youth groups, that have never been to one of the camps, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Pennslyvannia, I mean, please, please, put the word out there for them because they are incredible and God does some amazing things, life change moments at these camps.
This one was not different. I mean, God show up, your prayers were answered in just a really personal, powerful way. I can tell yo so many testimonies from people coming to Christ, or people encouraged, walking through fear saying that this was you know, they have grown their faith so much through this camp.
But I give you one just kind of personal story. There was a girl that was, of course, in a group, and the maybe the second night I gave an invitation people responding and “I said I think there’s one more. I really think there’s one more that is ready to come to Christ.” And long story short two days later the morning before they go out and do these service projects in the community to help others.
The leader brought me to her and said, this girl basically she was that one person that was supposed to stand up and come to Christ. And she did and she was just tore up about it, y’all. I mean, in all the right ways.
Long story short, man, she was just crying and she gave her life to Christ that morning before they went out to the site and tears of joy just filled her eyes and her and just you just tell the joy the Lord was there.
So all throughout the day, I mean, she was telling everybody about what Jesus had done in her life. And that is the kind of camp this was, y’all. It was just so good. Phenomenal youth leaders, phenomenal leaders and worship, and sight leaders, and just a lot goes into these camps. And I’m going to tell you, y’alls prayers have fueled what God is doing and continues to do. Even after they’re gone. So, thank you so much.
Great camp. So thankful for y’all, and love doing this ministry together with you. Love y’all.
