Forge Speaker Adrian Despres shared a quick update from a recent student event in Kansas, where he returned after more than 25 years since first attending.
It was a spirit-filled time packed with meaningful follow-up conversations and equipping moments with students eager to grow in their faith. He described it as “a great adventure” and thanked everyone for their prayers, saying the event was clearly fueled by the Spirit. God is raising up more Kingdom Laborers through moments of training and heart-level conversation—thank you for praying!

Hey, this is Adrian Despres. Thanks a ton for praying for me this past week in Kansas. It was a great event. It was an older event that I’ve been at many times in the past—about 25 years ago—and I went back again this year, and it was a lot of fun.
A lot of students gave their lives to the Lord, and there was a lot of follow-up work. I had some good conversations with people about our equipping training, and it was just a Spirit-filled week.
