Students Fired Up for the Lord

August 7, 2025

Charlie Marq shared an incredible report from a recent camp in Tennessee, describing it as part of a true revival season. One night, even before he spoke, the Holy Spirit’s presence was “so tangible and unique and sweet in the room.” At the end of that message, more than half the room was on their faces at the altar, in tears, seeking Jesus for His freedom. Roughly 8% of the students gave their lives to Christ, and nearly everyone at camp committed to living as everyday, everywhere Kingdom Laborers. “My only goal now is to be on fire for Him, spreading His word,” one student said. Another shared, “I’ve been trying to figure out how to lead others to Christ for over two years—but tonight the message answered that question.” God is raising up more Kingdom Laborers, and He’s doing it through moments like this. Thank you for praying—He’s answering in powerful ways!

Hey guys, this is Charlie. Just at an airport on my way back home from a camp hosted in Tennessee and it was an absolutely phenomenal time.

In this revival season, it was incredible how God worked. I felt like one night the Holy Spirit’s presence was so tangible and unique and sweet in the room. Even before I got up to speak, I had been praying in the back and as I was ready to go up, I felt His presence in such a tangible, powerful way. I knew God had to have something special up His sleeve and He did.

More than half the room at the end of that message were on their faces at the altar in tears seeking Jesus for His freedom. And about eight percent of the student group gave their lives to Christ and surrendered to Him. It was absolutely incredible. And just about everyone at the camp walked into absolute surrender to Jesus and said, “I’m going to commit to be a laborer who lives for Jesus every day, everywhere, reaching people for Christ.”

I believe that is what is going to happen. There were many who said, “We haven’t seen this many come to Christ in a really long time.” And one of those students who had given their life to Christ said, “I feel so much happier and at peace now.”

And another had declared from the camp, “I’ve been thinking about how to lead others to Christ, trying to figure it out for over two years, but tonight the message answered that question. Thank you so much.”

And another reported back, “It’s been so long since I felt this close to the Lord, and my only goal now is to be on fire for Him spreading His Word, to be a light for people who feel stuck in darkness, and I want people to experience the same kind of love, joy, and comfort that I now feel.”

God is igniting hearts on fire, and He’s answering prayers. So, thank you all for being a part of it, for your encouragement, your prayer and support. It means the world to us and God is using it in ways beyond our imagination.
