Water Walkers

August 14, 2025

Forge Speaker Mick Veach gave a powerful report from Mancelona Missionary Camp, where over 300 people gathered for a Spirit-filled family camp.

One night, all 300 attendees responded to a call to live life on purpose—to become “water walkers” willing to step out in faith. About 75% of the group made specific spiritual commitments to become laborers for the Kingdom, and between 50 to 75 individuals responded to a message on full-time ministry, being prayed over and anointed. The entire camp then joined in asking to be filled with the Holy Spirit and His power. God is unmistakably raising up more Kingdom Laborers, and Mick’s message—along with the prior groundwork laid by Adrian and Paul—continues to bear lasting fruit. “The relationship with the missionary church is alive and well. Praise Him.” Thank you for praying!

Okay, this is Mick Veach, just returning, or actually giving a report about the missionary camp. Over 300 people attended this family camp, and God did amazing things.

Number one, to be very succinct: probably in relation to spiritual decisions, about 300 people responded on one night to the call to be water walkers—that their lives would be lives on purpose and that they would get out of the boat and live life fully.

Secondly, approximately 75% of those 300 made spiritual decisions to become laborers—this was a message I shared for the first time on the road, which is Dwight’s message.

Number three, around 50 to 75 people responded to the call into full-time ministry—whether as pastors or missionaries—and were prayed over and anointed.

And we concluded by praying that God would fill us with His Holy Spirit and empower us. The entire camp responded by praying in groups that the Holy Spirit would fill them up.

There’s a lot more to say, but those are the highlights. After 11 different talks—I can’t even remember all of them—but nonetheless, I praise God.

Just a side note: Adrian and Paul spoke for the missionary church, and their impact was incredible for the follow-up. I believe John is going to Brown City, and those are results of their influence. John kept saying that Lisa and Adrian were key in helping him, especially regarding the Forge speakers.

It’s cool to be able to follow up on those who have spoken before us in various locations. I’m so grateful, and I believe the relationship with the missionary church is alive and well. Praise Him.
